Naira has no gender

When first reading this plays Program, I was not sure what to expect from this play. Thinking things were going to be dull and boring i sat in the theater of Backdoor Playhouse, slouching as i dropped my backpack on the floor below me.

The play actually came out to be very entertaining and actually made me laugh a few times. the characters were on point with their lines. I hadn't really noticed any mess ups or missed lines; maybe once or so.

The play was about Aina and her husband, Otunla, who are engaged to be married. Only problem is, Ainas' parents aren't supportive of the new ways of marriage. Her parents still want the traditional, expensive and extravagant weddings. But Aina would rather have a small marriage due to their financial situations. Her friends Dokune and Debbie attempt to figure out a way for them to get money for the wedding but they really didn't come up with anything.

Most of the play dealt with Ania and her parents arguing and bickering over the wedding and the lack of money. fast forward to the end of things they DO end up getting married regardless of the parents disappointment of not having a big expensive wedding and they live happily ever after, or close to it.
